- Boot Camp is a dynamic outdoor fitness program designed to produce quick results!
- Boot Camp workouts consist of Cardio: intervals, drills, calisthenics, cardio boxing, kick boxing and Tabata Training.
- We include Body weight exercise, functional strength training and power yoga.
- We are Holistic in our approach to incorporate sound nutritional eating principles.
- We provide a monthly grocery store tour, "label lessons" and assist you in keeping a food journal.
- Combined, the components of our unique program serve to create a FAST, SAFE & EFFECTIVE means to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF!
